Springtime??

 

Cows are really wanting some green grass and leaving the hay behind to chase it.  HOping to get some pastures drug and fields disked up to plant.  The moisture these past days has really greened up the valley...now we just need some warmth and sunshine to get the grass growing. 

Time to get cows vaccinated, synchronized, & branding done.

We also got the trich, semen, & BVD tests completed yesterday.  The bulls are really looking good and a few days of sunshine are making us all feel much better! 

Ultrasound day

A great day to ultrasound 70 head of bulls.  Their data will be available on sale day as a supplement sheet to the catalog.  All PB Angus bulls will have 50K DNA Testing data available.  Sale day is coming fast!

Winter & cows!

Nice sunshiney day so we took advantage and moved the new mammas and their babies over to the cedars.  Hoping they'll find some bared off ground.  This winter has been a tough one!
